Direct Licensing Policy – Ranger Records Pty Ltd 

Ranger Records is a proud member of the Phonographic Performance 
Company of Australia (PPCA). This means that you can obtain a 
licence directly from PPCA for most public performance and broadcast 
uses of our sound recordings.

However, we also recognise that some projects require bespoke 
licensing arrangements. As a premium independent record label, we 
offer direct licences on a case-by-case basis for specific uses, 
including but not limited to:

- Synchronisation in film, television, advertising or gaming
- Use in digital content (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Instagram)
- Sample clearance for music production
- Custom commercial or artistic collaborations

All direct licensing requests are reviewed individually. Licence 
fees are determined based on factors such as scope of use, 
territory, duration, and platform.

We aim to respond to all licensing requests within 30 days.

Ranger Records retains full copyright ownership of its catalogue. 
All releases are protected under Australian and international 
copyright law.
